Job Description for Business Analysts - As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in e2e projects. This will include scoping, planning, and delivery. You will also be responsible for business development and expanding presence in Robotics Process Automation.

Position: Associate Consultant/ Consultant Business Analyst

Role : Consultant ( Business Analyst)

Location - Mumbai

Required Experience :

Experience Level : 6-8 years( overall BA exp) Should have preferably worked on RPA related projects ( 2 years )in the role of a business analyst.

Should be good at identifying RPA opportunities, preparing solution design, managing stakeholders in end to end project life cycle Post Graduates and Graduates from premier education institutions

Skills Required : Efficient in working on RPA tools UI Path, Distinctive problem solving, strategic and analytical capabilities

- Excellent time management and organization skills

- Skilled at understanding the big picture and identifying insights from data Scoping engagements, managing stakeholders, coaching team members and ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables

- Strong interpersonal and relationship- building skills conducive to people management and team development, Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team

Expectations from Candidates :

- Excellent verbal and written communication and form liaison between business and technical architects and developers Driving clarity of thoughts amidst ambiguous situations.

- Conducting primary and secondary research and developing strategic analysis studies

- Managing a team of analysts to deliver end- to- end research and consulting projects, Presenting insights and conclusions from different studies confidently and meaningfully to senior clients

- Ability to take initiatives and solve complex business and technical problems, prioritize work and make decisions under challenging environments, Willingness to travel short and long term durations, Strong Interpersonal skill
