Designation : Knowledge Management - Analyst (Projects)
Job Dimensions :
Purpose :
- Executing knowledge management projects in the areas of KM system design, maintenance, document management and business process documentation
- Ability to understand knowledge requirements and build suitable solutions including process mapping, taxonomy, meta-data content tagging, and collaboration tool design and maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high priority requests
Responsibility :
- Support end to end activities within KM projects
- Support the project lead in requirement gathering and documentation
- Translate business requirements into a design and build a suitable solution including - taxonomy, meta tagging, define processes for maintenance and governance
- Should be able to front-end with stakeholders (written and verbal communication) for tasks such as clarifying requirements, presenting options for solutions, troubleshooting etc.
- Should be able to map processes for various business functions within Prudential Group. Adhere to documentation standards and guidelines
- Interact with subject matter experts to capture business process knowledge to create process manuals and
SOPs :
- Organising and running knowledge sharing workshops
- Designing processes for knowledge management systems, databases and Intranet Maintenance and enhancing effectiveness of the knowledge repositories
Academic Qualifications:
Required : Graduate in any discipline
Desired - Postgraduate - MBA
Experience :
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management - Previous experience in process mapping, taxonomy, or collaboration tool design and maintenance
Skills Required :
Knowledge :
- Should have good knowledge and understanding of Knowledge Management, techniques & collaboration platforms used as well as industry best practices
- Functional knowledge of tools like SharePoint & other relevant KM tools
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills & stakeholder management exposure is required
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, & MS-project)
- Self-motivated, ability to think independently and deliver
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
