Overall Job Purpose
- Campaign Selection and Post Campaign Analysis : Selecting customers and sending them a campaign for the purpose of either retention/up-sell or vestings
- Analysis, Deep Dives & Customer Segmentation : Analyse and profile our current customer base across different products / books
- Provide support for ad-hoc reports emanating from the Customer Management Team
- Use advanced analytics to create different models to analyse customer behaviour and help build forecasting modes / propensity models
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Required:
- Responsibility and Attention to Detail - Take responsibility for delivery of precise and accurate reports/files to tight timescales and work to resolve problems when they occur
- Ability to summarise and effectively present complex insight to an audience in a commercial manner
- Ability to analyse different transactions and create models to help forecast sales or identify customers with a high propensity to convert to sale
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver reports accordingly
- Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Desired:
- Strong command over written & spoken English
- Advanced skill in MS-Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to scan & assimilate information and provide concise summaries
Good to have :
- Understanding of Prudential Systems and
- Knowledge of life insurance or financial services industry

Competence / Knowledge / Skills required
Please describe the requirements for the job, considering the following areas:
- Statistical skills and knowledge in order to deliver clear findings through a range of analytical techniques
- Autonomy - ability to work alone or with minimal supervision
- Data Manipulation skills matching and merging large data files
- Knowledge of significant regulatory processes, including Data Protection
- Advanced Excel & Power Point
- Knowledge of SAS / SQL / SPSS / Clementine
- Strong command over written & spoken English
ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED):
- Detailed understanding of Prudential products and operations in order to structure reports/analysis in a meaningful way
- Knowledge on marketing, campaign delivery, targeting techniques & post campaign analysis would be an added advantage
- Campaign Management and data manipulation tools (SPSS Clementine)
- Visual Basic for Applications (MSOffice)
