Prozone Intu - Manager/Senior Manager - Finance

We are looking for Seasoned & qualified CA professional for "Manager/Senior Manager - Finance" profile at our Mumbai location :

Brief JD is as below:

- Person will be responsible for the control of corporate accounts and finance function of Prozone Intu Properties Limited (listed company) and assigned subsidiaries of group

- Regular monitoring to accounts to ensure that they are updated as per accounting practice

- Responsible for timely closure of accounts on monthly /quarterly basis and preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and getting same audited from statutory auditors ( BIG 4 )

- IND AS reporting

- Financial planning - Preparation of Budgets, Feasibility analysis and capital restructuring.

- Handing Direct and Indirect tax (income tax return, assessment, appeals) and GST compliance

- Timely MIS to management and foreign investors

- Key member of team for implementation of ERP system.

- He/She will be reporting to CFO.
