Role Overview:

As the First Time Right Team Lead in the 3PL Operations vertical at Prozo, you will spearhead the seamless onboarding of new clients onto our warehousing and logistics network. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project plann


ing, technology platform setup, manpower training, SOP creation, warehouse layout planning, and process excellence initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction from day one of operations.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding of New Clients: Lead the seamless onboarding process for new clients onto Prozo's warehousing and logistics network, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to project timelines.

Project Planning: Coordinate end-to-end project planning, including manpower allocation, capital and operational expenditure management, and other project-related aspects to ensure successful project execution.

WMS & Technology Platform Setup: Ensure the readiness and functionality of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other technology platforms before client go-live, collaborating closely with IT and operations teams.

Manpower Training: Oversee the training and upskilling of newly hired off-roll and on-roll manpower for client onboarding, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

SOP Creation: Develop comprehensive Business Process Documents (BPD) covering all use cases and exception handling scenarios for new clients, ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Warehouse Layout Planning: Drive space planning initiatives for optimal warehouse operations, considering factors such as inventory management, workflow efficiency, and safety protocols.

Process Excellence: Establish and implement process excellence initiatives from day zero of operations, continuously monitoring and optimizing operational processes to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in operations or supply chain management.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing client onboarding projects and driving operational excellence initiatives.

4. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology platforms used in logistics operations.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
