Minimum Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role within the warehousing and logistics industry Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Strategy Leadership: - Direct the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitability. 2. Financial Business Partnering: - Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and analysis, serving as a strategic advisor in decision-making processes. - Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization to enhance business performance. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive business initiatives. - Provide financial support and guidance for key projects and initiatives. 4.
