Role Overview:

Prozo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fulfilment Centre (FC) Head to lead the operations of our Shared Fulfilment Centres. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient operations while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) in a multi-client setup catering to B2B, B2C, and D2C clients.

The FC Head will be responsible for the overall performance of the warehouse, including ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), scaling operations, manpower management, and ensuring the safety and security of both man and material. This position demands a leader with a keen eye for operational excellence, strategic scaling, and a deep commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations within the FC, meeting or exceeding SLAs across all client segments (B2B, B2C, D2C) in a multi-client environment.

P&L Management: Own the financial performance of the FC, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization.

Manpower Management: Efficiently scale and descale manpower based on order volumes and operational needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels for peak efficiency.

Safety and Security: Uphold the highest standards of safety and security for personnel and inventory within the facility. Implement and monitor rigorous safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operations, processes, and systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Client Satisfaction: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand and meet their requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accuracy and management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses or discrepancies.

Technology Utilization: Leverage technology and automation to streamline operations, enhance tracking and reporting capabilities, and improve overall efficiency.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in warehouse or fulfillment center management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-client FCs.

Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in operational efficiency and P&L management.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B, B2C, and D2C logistics operations, with expertise in safety regulations, warehouse management systems, and process improvement methodologies.

Abilities: Capable of managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
