- Handling operations of Sales & Service
- Increase of Sales & Service volume
- Increase of Market share
- Development of Dealership and Business plan
- Handling representatives of Principal companies
- Preparing business plan and implementation of same
- Insure maximum market coverage
- Increase profitability and customer satisfaction
- Reporting of HODs
- Keep update of Financial data
- Weekly updating to MD on business updates along with MIS
- Setup of new units and development Reviews the operating results of the dealership, compares them to established objectives and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
- Represents the dealership with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.
- Hands-on in developing and implementing Dealer Management Systems, Dealer Sales Processes, CI (Corporate Identity) standards and Dealer Manuals.
- Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Responsible for managing the sales and marketing of vehicles.
