Protiviti - Treasury Sales Role

Job Overview :

FX and Derivatives Sales. This role requires an individual with a proven aptitude for sourcing leads, a comprehensive understanding of Treasury, Trade, and Debt Market products, and the ability to independently manage Forex sales for an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Sourcing and Market Understanding :

- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for identifying and sourcing leads from potential markets in alignment with the bank's business strategies.

- Maintain a detailed knowledge of various Treasury, Trade, and Debt Market products.

2. Forex Sales Management :

- Independently manage Forex sales for the assigned region, taking ownership of the end-to-end sales process.

- Achieve Volume/Revenue FX targets through a combination of nurturing existing client relationships and cultivating prospective clients

3. Client Acquisition and Activation :

- Drive client acquisition and activation initiatives to expand the client base.

- Generate incremental FX revenue by offering a range of products, including Forwards, Derivatives, FCTL, LRS, FDI/ODI, Travel Card, etc.

4. Product Structuring and Margin Maximization :

- Engage in product structuring to meet client needs while maximizing margins.

- Ensure 100% wallet share by effectively promoting and selling a diverse range of financial products.

5. Market Awareness and Customer Communication :

- Keep clients updated on the latest happenings in the Financial Markets to enhance their understanding and decision-making.

- Collaborate with various Product and Coverage teams to align strategies and drive FX revenues.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence :

- Ensure adherence to sales and compliance standards within the regulatory framework.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting FX and derivatives markets.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in independently managing Forex sales, achieving revenue targets, and driving client acquisition.

- In-depth knowledge of Treasury, Trade, and Debt Market products.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance in financial markets.
