BACKGROUND

The firm has set up a captive Knowledge and Innovation Center in Gurgaon to provide knowledge based services to consultants across the world. The incumbent will be a member of a closely knit team growing rapidly providing various services in domains listed below –

- External and internal research on companies, industries; benchmarking etc.

- Strategic Planning Process for the firm

- Knowledge Management

- Solutions Innovation Process

- Marketing and Design

- Training Support

- Technology Support

- Methodology Excellence

Currently we are looking for a Team Lead for PKIC Centre

Job Description-

- Support the strategic planning initiatives of the firm like business plans / communication

- In-depth research (including benchmarking, cash flow optimization analysis, etc.) on various companies/industries/service offerings across geographies for business development as well as engagement execution

- Review of proposals and presentations to ensure they are visually appealing, impactful and meet the requisite quality standards

- Develop ‘Thought Leadership’ documents like Solution and Industry white papers

- Support initiatives like marketing e.g. design of focused advertisements

- Develop an understanding of the Consulting Methodology of the firm

- Enable practice professionals to apply the Methodology on engagements and ensure compliance of the same

- Assist in the development of best practices identified from the application and review of the methodology including online trainings and guidance materials

- Active participation in the Solutions Innovation Process – support idea generation for new service offerings

- Work experience with similar captive units of reputed consulting firms or with front-end consulting looking at moving into a captive unit for the right reasons

- Open to the challenges of managing a continuously innovative work stream which would include dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking, managing and training team members, ensuring quality in service delivery to end-users, interacting with international offices across time zones etc.

- Expected to leverage upon his/her experience and knowledge of best practices

- Expected to train, motivate and lead a team – take ownership for their output

- Must have a relevant post graduate degree from a reputed institution – this would include MBA from reputed Indian or international B-Schools, professional degrees such as CA, etc.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc – he/she should be able to make impactful documents, presentations etc using these applications

- Experience with managing and leading small teams and/or handling multiple projects simultaneously

- Hands-on experience using research databases for primary / secondary research
