Qualification : CA/MBA (CA Preferred)

Exp required : 7+year of post qualification experience, consulting experience is a must.

Job Responsibility :

- Responsible for execution on client engagements (across industries), maintaining a strong relationship with senior client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery.

- Responsible for business development as per defined business targets.

- Must have a solid understanding of their client’s business and be able to demonstrate technical competence in their product group and industry. Ensure quality and satisfaction on engagements.

- Must be able to clearly articulate the value drivers of our business, and are responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients.

- Responsible for job economics and for ensuring timely close and billing of projects.

Required Knowledge & Skills:-

- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required

- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs

- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

- Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

- Must have ability to multi-task

- Excellent project management and client relationship skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven Business Development skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Demonstrated mentoring and people development skills.

- Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT)

- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including flow charting.

- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
