An exciting opportunity has come up in Protiviti Middle East.   Senior Manager - Finance analyzes key financial and operational information on a day-to-day basis. Provides critical MIS reports to top and middle level management that impact business direction and outcomes.   This role will liaison across levels of team leaders in the organization and provide timely financial reports to support business decisions and execution of key initiatives. .   Key Responsibilities  - Participate in the preparation of the advance business plan in terms or project revenue and staffing, gathering the inputs and consolidating the data for various analysis and use.   - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and build financial models using data from financial systems and other sources, to support business decisions and the execution of initiatives.   - Liaison with the banks for corporate loans, Letter of Credit, Corporate guarantees.   - Prepare, analyze, and highlight the exceptions to top and middle level management.   - Automation of various reports with available data, with excellent Excel skills.   - Provide technical assistance in the design of cost accounting or reporting systems   - Perform specialized financial or cost analyses (e.g., cash-flow analysis, "what-if" analysis); prepare related reports (e.g., pro-forma financial statements) to be presented and discussed with top management.   - Draw charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports.   - Perform analytic review of balance sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts to assist with monthly variance reporting and balance sheet review analysis.   - Coordinate with the various leaders, departments and countries for reconciliations, collection of data and preparation of useful qualitative and quantitative information.   - Assist with required data analysis, interpretations, corrections and reports for various assignments.   - Ensure self-development, training and on time completion of appraisals to raise competency, effectiveness and performance levels.   Desired Profile  - Minimum 7+ years professional experience preferably with leading consulting and audit firms  - Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a reputed college  - Well versed with MS Office (Excel & Power point specifically)  - Possess a good understanding and ability to crunch financial data  About Us  Protiviti member firm is the exclusive representative of Protiviti (www.protiviti.com) for the Middle East Region.
