Protiviti - Senior Consultant - Robotics Automation Process - Digital Transformation Services

Key Responsibilities

- Direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities

- Demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency

- Designing Robotics Automation process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions

- Creating and maintaining RA Solution documentation

- Developing, Configuring programs, scripts and objects for RPA that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases

- Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process

- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required

- Minimum 3+ years experience in in a related field, preferably indata governance and RPA tools

- Qualification - BE, MBA (desirable)

- Hand on experience in RPA tools like (UIPath, BluePrism, AutomationAnywhere, Work Fusion etc.)

- At least two RPA development & implementation experience

- Certification in any of the RPA tools

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, & MS Word

- Experience with object oriented programming (especially .Netor VBA script).

- Strong in requirement gathering and analysis

- Ability to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them
