Role / Designation - Product Manager/Product Lead - Credit Cards
Key Deliverables:
- The applicant will be responsible for managing the bank's credit cards and the role is within the recently launched Credit Card product team. The role will include rolling out new product features as well as enhancing existing features.
- Manage the lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early client engagement and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth.
- Manage external partners and related governance including pricing and compliance to regulatory norms.
- Advise and provide insight and recommendations on innovative and strategic product development, including market demands, technology trends and the competitive fields.
- Work closely with various departments to execute product development, price, promotions, platform and pillars, launching and marketing to improve client experience and portfolio growth.
- Drive cross-sell of credit cards - Manage product financial performance including identifying opportunities and gaps and developing business strategies.
- Support in conducting reviews, automating MIS and tracking.
Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline with MBA/engineering preferred.
- Minimum work experience of 5 years in banking, preferably in credit cards
- Understand the competitive landscape of digital acquisition.
- Understand the regulatory framework associated with Credit cards.
Job Skills (soft skills):
- Knowledge in contemporary technologies associated with KYC, on-boarding etc.
- Good Communication, presentation & negotiation skills
