Job Description - Product Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and own product roadmap
- Developing new product features and product strategies leveraging the data available in-house (GA4, campaign management tools)
- Deep understanding of competition products/features in BFSI space; Collecting quantitative data through market research to arrive at best practices/product features
- Should have good sense of UI/UX and can identify user pain points
- Defining user stories/BRDs, acting as a bridge between the business teams & product team; Act as primary liaison between multiple teams to achieve the product vision keeping customer centricity alive
- Accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product - Enable execution of the entire product lifecycle management from feature conceptualization through launch and beyond (driving adoption, ideating enhancements, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in tech discipline
- 3-5 years of professional experience in managing customer centric products
- Must have knowledge of Google suite (GTM, GA4, Big Query, Google cloud)
- Good knowledge of PM tools like, Microsoft Project, Jira, Adobe XD, PMO tools etc.
- Understanding of BFSI space
- Ability to ideate, conceptualise, manage & prioritise the tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal & cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation, written & verbal skills
