Some of the main responsibilities include:
An OD Lead would work very closely with business to understand organisational and talent challenges. Deploys multiple mix of HR & Management levers (such as talent Acquisition/development/management, learning, rewards, engagement, communication, policy making, process improvements, etc) to solve business problems. The successful individual is expected to deliver business exponential growth and facilitate solutions, cutting across organisational teams. the best-fit individual is expected to be passionate about delivering business outcomes utilizing best HR practices.
Education & Experience -
Deep Knowledge of HR and consulting domain would be a prerequisite.
Ability to multitask and persue stretch goals allow the individual to successfully deliver in this role.
High energy, positive demeanor and ability to think on their feet would work in the favor of successful candidates.
Min 6 years of experience across all areas of HR is required
A good combination of education and experience is desired.
