Protiviti - Manager - IT Consulting - SAP ECC/GRC

The Manager role in IT consulting is mission critical and requires multi-dimensional capabilities. Managers identify business opportunities within their immediate client's business or across an industry. They are responsible for growing existing accounts and attracting new business. They are responsible for serving clients and ensuring outstanding quality execution of projects.

Managers develop a deep understanding of client's business and build lasting relationships with client personnel.

Desired profile :

- 4 or more years of diverse ERP experience preferably SAP ECC and SAP GRC

- SAP GRC AC and PC experience with a solid understanding of SAP technical architecture and experience in configuring and implementing SAP GRC.

- Multiple SAP ECC post implementation reviews conducted (atleast 3-4)

- Implementation of SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control

- Strong understanding of SAP ECC - FICO, MM and SD modules

- Experience with IMG configuration of SAP ECC and SAP GRC

- Knowledge of the SAP ASAP project methodology

- Understanding of overall GRC architecture with general security is expected

- Understanding of business processes and risks/controls within business processes

- Good understanding of integration and Business Process Designs points between Key modules that work with GRC and ECC

- Collaborate with business teams and other team members to gather, interpret, document and clearly define functional / technical requirements as projects arise.

- Build business plans, strategic directions, standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of assigned projects.

- Transfer knowledge to in-house teams around SAP ECC and SAP GRC Risk Management functionality.

- Review training documents, and make recommendations for improvement, and assist in the development of new training documents.

Key personal attributes :

Qualification : CA or MBA

- Ability to think laterally, showcase business acumen and well versed in current trends and developments across business & economy.

- Proficient in writing functional requirements and being involved with process as well as functional design activities

- A good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.

- Demonstrated excellent leadership, project management and interpersonal skills.

- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated mentoring and people development skills.

- Proven Business Development skills

- Must have ability to multi-task

- Excellent project management and client relationship skills

- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs

- Experience in leading consulting firms would be preferred.
