Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Institutional Sales Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mutual fund sales to corporate clients, engaging with institutional and corporate clients to drive corporate distribution and sales, and strategically contributing to revenue growth through direct selling. This role requires proactive identification and pursuit of market opportunities, the development of new client relationships, and the nurturing of business from existing and potential corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Relationship Manager for Mutual Fund Sales focused on corporate clients.
- Actively engage with institutional and corporate clients to oversee corporate distribution and sales.
- Implement direct selling strategies to effectively mobilize revenue growth.
- Identify and leverage market opportunities to expand client relationships and accounts.
- Independently engage with top management and decision-makers of prospective and existing clients.
- Source new corporate clients and develop sustainable business relationships.
- Conduct relationship management and brand-building exercises to enhance visibility and goodwill.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in institutional sales with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently engage with top management and decision-makers.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing market opportunities.
- Experience in managing corporate distribution channels is a plus.
