Deputy Manager works very closely with the business to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach by levels. Utilizes mix of channels (internal & external) to ensure timely closures in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Develops talent pools and pipelines for critical positions. Develops appropriate systems, processes, tools and mechanisms to ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and enhance visibility to hiring operations (MIS) across business. Develops consistent and effective employer branding to attract talent.

Designs selection mechanisms and related tool kits to ensure rigorous and consistent hiring across the organization. The - best fit- individual is expected to be passionate about solving business's talent needs and sourcing excellent candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure talent requisitions are well defined with appropriate role descriptions and approvals

- Manage end to end talent acquisition process from sourcing to offer roll-out

- Take ownership for positions and ensure closures within defined timelines

- Develop sourcing strategies by position and levels. Network internally and externally to source profiles. Identify emerging sources and be an early adopter.

- Constantly innovate to attract best talent. Leverage all available resources. Develop talent pools and map key talent in the market.

- Influence stakeholders as and when required to ensure timely closures. Keep prospective talent warm and ensure high interest and engagement level with firm.

- Enhance visibility in respective talent markets and strengthen overall employer branding

- Manage external partners and coordinate for timely sourcing, scheduling, evaluation and pay-outs

- Provide visibility on hiring operations through timely reports (MIS)

- Undertake special projects and programs related to HR

Desired Profile :

- Minimum 7 - 9 years of experience in talent acquisition. Graduate with an MBA is desirable. A good mix of education and experience will be useful.

- Experience in consulting industry would be useful. Ability to multitask and pursue stretch goals will allow the individual to successfully deliver in this role.

- High energy, positive demeanor and ability to think on their feet would work in the favor of successful candidates

- A good combination of education and experience would be useful

- Excellent oral, written communication, inter-personnel, negotiation and selling skills. Well versed in MS Office applications.

- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition and mechanisms across levels is a prerequisite

- Passion for hiring and resourceful with excellent networking skills
