Job description: Automation with VBA Excel, Data analytics, Power BI dashboards, python dataframes, power queries, etc
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, integration, and cleansing of data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that can drive business improvements.
- Power BI Proficiency: Proficient in Power BI to create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive and user-friendly reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to different departments
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance practices to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate findings and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in MIS and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree
- 4-8 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
