Protiviti - Consultant - Corporate Finance - Transaction Advisory Team

We have a challenging opportunity opened up for the role of Consultant in our Transaction Advisory Services. The Consultant role in Transaction Advisory is mission critical and requires multi-dimensional capabilities. Consultant role is to work closely with seniors on the delivery of projects.

We're looking for a consultant to join our Corporate Finance & Transaction Advisory team.

In your role as a consultant, you will:

- Work on financial valuation, including discounted cash flow valuation, comparable company valuation, precedent transaction valuation, etc;

- Prepare Investment Memorandums, Information Briefs, pitch books (power point presentations), valuation reports and due diligence reports;

- Work on market studies and feasibility reports;

- Work on client identification for various capital raising mandates;

- Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members;

- Liaise with clients regarding business performance and prospects and understanding key valuation drivers;

- Maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues;

- Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members

We- re looking for people with the following experience:

- MBA/CA/CFA with approximately 2-3 years of related work experience within corporate finance and/or transaction services and / or equity research

- Proficient in English and good presentation skills

- Excellent report writing skills

- Excellent excel and financial modeling skills

- Strong numerical and analytical skills and a sound grasp of financial statements. Achievement of, or progress towards, CFA would be preferred

- Experience with the application of different valuation methodologies

- Demonstration of interpersonal and client relationship skills and the ability to build internal and external networks

- An ability to manage multiple commitments and stakeholders
