Position: Compliance Officer

Location: Mumbai

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team! As a key player in ensuring compliance with SEBI MF/PMS/AIF laws, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a minimum of 3 years in compliance, particularly in vetting and approving marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and approve marketing materials/product promotion materials independently.

- Compile reports for regulatory submissions to authorities such as RBI, SEBI, AMFI, AMC/Trustees.

- Draft Scheme Information Documents and ensure timely approval from SEBI.

- Stay updated on SEBI regulations related to Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF.

Skills & Qualifications:

- BCOM/CS/LLB

- Good knowledge of SEBI regulations

- Strong drafting and interpretational skills

- Minimum 3 years in compliance
