Market Opportunity & Mission : - Indians are hugely 'under-invested' - only 8% of total household wealth is held in listed stocks & mutual funds, while 51% are held in cash, bank deposits, insurance policies etc. Our product will help any Indian, irrespective of the assets they own, build an investment portfolio customised to their goals & risk profile. We aim to serve at least 1 million middle class Indians in the next 5 years. - Managing wealth is our core offering, but earning well is a necessary pre-quisite to building wealth. Hence, we will offer career mentorship to our users through 1-on-1 coaching and learning content as one of our value-added offerings. Key Responsibilities : - Advise our premium subscribers 1-on-1 on career topics to help them perform better in their jobs - Help develop content for online seminars, in-person events and in-app educational videos - Stay up to date on the latest trends in the career development space - Eventually lead a team of 5-6 career coaches and help us recruit/train this team Required Skills/Experience - 5 to 12 years of experience as a career coach or senior HR professional - Leadership potential to manage a team of 5-6 junior career coaches - Personality type to empathise with and enjoy helping our users with their career issues - MBA degree would be good to have, but not mandatory - Great written & verbal communication is necessary for this role
