The role:

Will head the Sales & Marketing functions and a key driver in managing a robust topline & bottom line growth. A leader who understands the trends in B2B space and provide strategic & tactical direction to the organization's vision.

Has to be well networked, articulate with excellent communication & presentation skills. Should have great people management skills, should be able to manage and scale up teams.

Acquiring new customers, engaging & retaining existing customers.

A strong numbers person who understands RoI and breathes profits.

A zeal to attempt something new and following it through towards a logical conclusion.
