What does this role holds for you :

- You would be responsible for one of the most important task company has at its hand of increasing conversion of leads. To achieve it, you are supposed to design various analysis on both data and process to understand the gaps in existing processes.

- You would drive your team of quality analysts to come up with findings on areas of improvements. Based on the learnings you would not only propose changes but also spearhead the implementation of the proposed changes.

- You need to have good hold on technology and its application so that you can leverage technology to get the changes implemented.

- You would need to regularly present your findings, analysis, and solutions to senior management through organized, easy to read, and actionable dashboards.

Apply if you are :

- Post graduate in Business Administration from a reputed institution

- Having 5 to 7 years of experience in analytics or sales of big ticket size products from B2C industry (Real Estate, Insurance, E-commerce or related B2C industries; Real Estate would be preferred

- Holding hands on experience in analyzing mid-size data (20,000 to 50,000 leads on monthly basis)

- Experienced in sales compliance (Advantage) and managing team of 3-5 members

- Equipped with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and SQL

- Analytical, ambitious, committed, and hardworking and have good communication skills

- Familiar with Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or/and Bengali (NOT mandatory)
