Prominent investments of SAIF partners are JustDial, Makemytrip and HomeShop18 and Accel Partners owns stake in Facebook, Flipkart and Myntra.   What Does This Role Hold For You :   - Management of day to day activities of Accounts Receivable Team;  - Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality of the team;  - Responsible for teams deliverables, optimum resource utilization and day to day SLA management;  - Process improvement for team efficiency;  - Debtors management and Reconciliation;  - Timely collection and follow-up to reduce ageing of an Invoice;  - Service-tax related compliances related to payment and submission of regular routines;   - MIS / ageing reporting to various stakeholders;  - Preparation of Budgets and variance analysis of actuals with budgets;  - Liaison with Internal & Statutory Auditors;  - Handling team of accountants;  Apply If You Have :   - Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of work experience in the BIG 4 (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY)   - Five years' experience in credit control and accounts receivables management.  - Team management capabilities - experience in handling a team of atleast 4 to 6 people is essential.  - Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  - Knowledge of Tally and other ERP.  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
