Marketing Analytics team at Housing.com is responsible for majority of decision-making and efficiency of the processes followed across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising and helping marketing team on business metrics, insights and trends.
- Staying current with industry trends and doing competitive benchmarking of key metrics
- Collaborating with marketing channel heads to identify opportunities for campaigns improvement and strategic decisions in respective functions based on data
- Conducting detailed analysis, generate insights and publish reports based on company-wide data
- Setting key performance indicators for existing and new functions/projects across the company
- Improve data accuracy, viability and value by improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality.
Key Requisites
- Overall Experience: 2-5 years
- Excellent written/oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills (a big plus)
- Experience in fast-paced environment in a technology/internet-based startup (a big plus)
- Advanced analytics and problem-solving skills (required)
- Experience with SQL and relational database systems (required)
- Complete knowledge of at least 1 scripting language, Python (desirable)
- Technical background/engineering from a premier institute (desirable)
- Experience with analytics or consulting environment (desirable)
