Responsible for Talent Acquisition (70% TA and 30% HRBP Role).
- Building Performance Oriented Culture.
- Partner with Business to implement HR Strategies.
- To build HR Business Plan in line with strategy of the sales organization
- To implement corporate and local learning interventions
- To Implement Incentives Programmes
- Driving engagement and culture development initiatives in the sales organization
- To take care of Employee Grievance
- Behavioral Training and Development ( Identification, mapping, execution)
- Work towards building Internal Branding
- Responsible for Setting / Evaluation / Up gradation of Performance Matrices for Sales Team
- Monthly Performance Evaluation of Sales Employees
- Align HR Strategy with Business Objectives
