Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible of Managing PAN India MISs and Business Reporting with effective team management;

- Ensure regular MIS's Daily/Weekly/Fortnight/Monthly are published on time with 100% accuracy;

- Follow up with PAN India operations team to collate data for reporting;

- Automate manual MISs through VB Macros and help technology to build reporting module in system;

- One point of Contact (PAN India) for Ad-hoc report requests by various stakeholders and deliver reports within timelines;

- Inculcate reporting intelligence within Operations team to enhance efficiency in day to day work;

- Build central repository of all business data and reports;

- Should take initiatives to make reporting system more robust and look for ways to improve existing;

- Self-Initiate various data analysis / trends and share with business owners to help them taking critical business decisions;

Skill Sets :

- Should be well versed with Advance Excel including VB Macros and other automation tools

- Should have been involved in building robust reporting platform in past experience

- Excellent time management skills

- Should be excellent at delivering accurate data management

- Customer Centric with good interpersonal Skills

- Effective relationship management skills

- Team management experience

- 3-4 years of work experience

- Graduate/ Post Graduate - MS-Excel Certification is preferable
