PropTiger.com - Area Manager - Developer Relations

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU-

- The Area Manager - Developer Relations for Proptiger will be responsible for on-boarding properties into the Sales platform after proper due diligence. This may involve structuring of the product & commission structure to optimise client value and Proptiger value. The Developer Relations Manager, through a Collections person in his team will also be responsible for Collections from the Developers after the Finance Team has raised the invoice. The City Manager - Developer Relations will be incentivised on a combination of total commissions from products on-boarded and collections done. He will also be responsible for generating revenues from B2B sales of different PropTiger offering to developers.

- The role will report functionally with solid line to the Regional Head/City Head - Developer Relations and will locally work with the City Sales Head.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE-

- Should have 8+years of work experience, with a meaningful part in Real Estate Broking

- Should have experience of having dealt with various developers, should have understanding of the Primary residential sector

- Should have had some experience of collections in the Real Estate sector

- Should have meaningful relations with Developers in the City

- High level of positive energy

- High level of integrity and ethics.
