- Handle a team of Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Area Managers.
- Responsible for building and maintaining developer relations, formulate sales strategy for various projects across location.
- Meetings HNIs/NRIs and giving them investment proposals
- Achieving sales targets through various residential projects sales as a team.
- Maintain cordial relations with site staff of builders.
- Keeping track of residential property rates in respective areas.
- Doing research for new investment avenues.
- System oriented to keep CRM on track.
