Program Manager - NRI Business

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develops NRI penetration by identifying potential products across developers across region, conducts research and finalize campaign specifications with stakeholders like BD & Marketing team and devise and execute sales strategies.

2. Gain a deep understanding of NRI customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

3. Provide adequate assistance and facilitation to setup international expansion by setting up new geographies by leading it as project management charter to deliver profitable P&L

4. Create buy-in for the NRI product vision both internally and with key external partners

5. Lead incremental gross brokerage negotiation and positioning strategies

6. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

7. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

8. Work closely with marketing teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources to generate adequate leads and manage wing to wing process at back end to optimize conversion

9. Drive product launches including working with city specific sales teams besides international office to drive sales velocity

10. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

11. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

12. Represent the company by visiting developers to solicit feedback, negotiate and build further on company products and services

Mandatory Requirements

1. Proven work experience in product management & leading P&L from product side

2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

3. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership

4. Solid background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in managing multiple and diverse stakeholders across geography to sustain growth

5. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

6. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. MBA degree in Marketing/Finance with atleast 8-12 years of work experience
