- The person will be responsible for driving best practices as it applies to full life cycle of recruiting for all positions in Proptiger.

- He/She must be a solution provider responsible for leading all aspects of the recruiting process and through partnership with hiring managers.

- Arranging and reviewing job analysis, job descriptions and human specifications.

- Putting in place selection procedures, test constructions & administration.

- Designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, while maintaining industry best metrics which meet the needs of Proptiger and manpower planning according our annual budget plan.

- Pro-actively lead and manage team in all aspects of full life cycle recruiting.

- Plan, attract, select and onboard all new talent to Proptiger.

- Champion and lead best practices throughout Talent Acquisition team.

- Maintain an expert knowledge of all current openings within span of control and provide proactive solutions to hiring managers to fill requisitions with high quality talent and with a sense of urgency.

- Identify and lead strategic external recruitment efforts to create a pipeline of candidates to meet short and long term business needs.

- Act as an advisor and solution provider to management regarding current knowledge of industry employment trends to include competition, compensation, benefits and recruitment practices. Early identification of trends as well as recommended actions to stay ahead of competition in the attraction of top talent.

- Recruitment Dashboards, Tracker updation, using social media ,websites, Employer branding,PMS,Sucession planning

- Retention strategy

- Managing the appraisal process across the levels.

- Implementing increment, incentive & other remuneration policies based on appraisal ratings.

- Designing the Talent Management Roadmap and parameters for the company

- Assessment Centre for Internal talent identification & promotion.

- Development Plans for low performers.

- Identify enrichment needs for Top & Low performing Employees.

- Competency based Development process for employees.
