PropTiger - Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

What does this role hold for you: 

1) Managing and overseeing the Accounts and Finance function including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month end closing, Year end closing, Financial statements preparation, General Ledgers Accounting

2) Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

3) Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

4) Assist in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by the organisation.

5) Arranging and closing financial audits and reviews as required including liaising with auditors, Users, Other department, and team members.

6) Maintain banking relationships & Treasury Management.

7) Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues

8) Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities

Skill Sets Required ?

1) Strong knowledge of Accounting Process, Accounting Standards, Policies, and practices

2) Detail oriented and organized.

3) High level of accuracy and Quality output

4) Strong planning and prioritization abilities

5) Good Interpersonal skills as required for the coordination/ liaising with Team, other business users.

6) Good spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ email writing.

7) Clear understanding of the taxation relevant for the Finance & Accounts - TDS, GST etc

8) Flexibility with respect to working hours and working weekend, as per the requirements.
