Key Responsibilities :  - Management of day to day activities of Accounts Receivable Team;  - Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality of the team;  - Responsible for teams deliverables, optimum resource utilization and day to day SLA management;  - Process improvement for team efficiency;  - Debtors management and Reconciliation;  - Timely collection and follow-up to reduce ageing of an Invoice;  - Service-tax related compliances related to payment and submission of regular routines;   - MIS / ageing reporting to various stakeholders;  - Preparation of Budgets and variance analysis of actuals with budgets;  - Liaison with Internal & Statutory Auditors;  - Handling team of accountants;  Skill Sets Required :   1. Good command on MS Office specifically MS Excel;  2. Good financial and service-tax related compliance understanding;  3. Six sigma certification
