What does this role hold for you- ?? Purpose of the Role: The incumbent will be responsible for managing all large existing relationships of the region, acquiring new HNI clients, generating net sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging the broad suite of product offerings to our relevant customer segments. Role and Responsibilities: - Managing the High Net Worth Real Estate developers of the assigned territory - Achieving the Monthly / Annual Business targets assigned in terms of selling, enhancing and penetrating the High Net Worth relationships - Development and implementation of Major Account / Sales strategy with identification of opportunities and winning opportunities with eye on increasing market share and maximizing customer retention Sales & Business Development: - Ensuring the maximum sales by providing efficient sales operations for achieving allocated target, retention of existing HNI clients, onboarding new HNI clients, up sell & cross sell. - Managing team, tracking performance and giving regular feedback - Leading price negotiations with clients and establishing excellent working relationships with them. - Adopting feasible sales strategies by analyzing the potential of the client /product through consistent market research. Customer Service and Process Improvement: - Handling customer queries for better turnaround time and customer satisfaction. - Analysing every customer complaint and suggesting process improvements. Raising the bar and establishing world class service standards. - Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & proactively helping customers to achievehighestROI. Apply if you have- - MBA from a reputed institute with 10-15 years of work experience. Ideal candidate has exposure in B2B and with a strong knack for innovation. - Should have strong proven analytical skills as well as interpersonal skills. - Should have handled a team of at least 3-4 RM's. - Candidates from online classified /Ad sales background preferred.
