Deputy Manager - Growth & Marketing

What does this role hold for you :

1. Work with Product to drive user Engagement and Conversion Rate. Ideate and execute product Hooks and Popups on both Web and App platforms

2. Work in tandem with Business and Sales Team to understand requirements and align budgets accordingly

3. Drive the implementation of new scalable, cost-efficient campaigns and maximize ROI against key metrics (Traffic, Lead, Conversion)

4. Closely work with Marketing Tech Team and drive automated solutions / systems for better optimization

5. Manage both Paid and Organic Traffic

6. Manage internal, agency and external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of networks and mediums

7. Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement

8. Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
