What does this role hold for you- ?? - Responsibility for leading Housing's entire developer and broker business in the city, focused primarily on partnering with developers and brokers to run effective and efficient sales and marketing campaigns with the key objective of selling available new project inventory online. - Responsibility for complete ownership of resources and achievements within the Region, including the sales teams (responsible for sourcing campaigns from builders), campaign management and strategy (designing and executing end-to-end campaigns to sell homes in large volumes) - Dynamic and aggressive business leader with an entrepreneurial mind set to command substantial resources (financial and human capital) and develop + execute appropriate strategies to ensure desired end results. - Monitoring institution coverage &amp; competitor activities. Responsible for developing, executing and monitoring sales and distribution plan in the region in order to ensure achievement of sales targets - To measure the performance of respective teams with regard to the set evaluation parameters- sales management performance assessments and sales performance metrics. - To determine methods for motivating the sales force such as contests, recognition, achievable but challenging goals, sales meetings with representatives participation. Apply if you have- - PGDBM / MBA degree from a good business school with 12 plus years of experience in Sales - Been in a similar role currently or managing a larger area of operations with team handling background - Understanding of Sales and Marketing (ATL) would be essential - Excellent salesmanship in Direct or Corporate Sales - Good Business Acumen - Exhibited ability to utilize creative techniques to generate revenue. - Experience in Ecommerce product selling. - Understanding of Sales Process within Enterprise Vertical with an ability to use channels for building the pipeline and revenue.
