Key Responsibilities:  - This position will be responsible for preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and other reports for consumption of various stakeholders;  - Responsible for financial reporting under IGGAP and USGAAP for quarterly earnings release;  - Responsible to close audit requirements with statutory auditors  - Participate in accounting policy setting in compliance with the GAAP  - Responsible to suggest solutions and structure by use of expert knowledge of USGAAP standards  - Consolidation of subsidiary accounts and preparation of financial statement as per US GAAP on monthly and quarterly basis.  - Assisting auditors and other stakeholders in US GAAP/ IFRS reporting and resolving queries from them.  Skill Sets Required:  - CA, ACCA, CPA Qualified with minimum 3 years of experience  - Expert knowledge of US GAAPs is a must and working Knowledge of IFRS will be an added advantage;  - Ability to communicate at all levels  - Self-starter, taking ownership and accountability and comfortable to work in a pressured environment  - Sense of urgency  - Motivated and ambitious  - Proactive problem solvers  - Dealing with confidential matters and information  - Experience of handling a team of 3-4 people desirable.  Professional Experience : 3+ yrs.   Educational Qualification : CA, ACCA, CPA Qualified
