Assistant Manager - CRM What does this role hold for you.?? : - Planning and execution of all CRM marketing campaigns (Notifications, Emails, SMS) - Incorporating a keen sense of user segmentation and content-user experience - Own campaign execution & measurement for all channels - Setting up & automating all key consumer lifecycle journeys across channels - Tracking campaign performance and optimizing on the same - Curating multiple personalised creative content based on audience segments and creating a detailed plan to test them across on PNs, SMS & Email - Understanding detailed impact of content on CTR, CVR etc to drive performance on channels - Experiment with new cohorts, messaging and channels - Collaboratively work with multiple business and product stakeholders to drive impact. Apply if you have : - Past experience in CRM/retention marketing with B2C startups executing campaigns end to end on all channels (Email, SMS, Push, Whatsapp) - Hands-on experience of CRM tools like Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage, Salesforce, Adobe, Netcore etc - Strong understanding of customer segmentation, frequency capping, inclusion, exclusion - Good copy writing skills, willingness to experiment and data oriented approach - Past experience on testing message content personalised to multiple audience segments and in line with brand guidelines.
