What does this role hold for you?? - Real Estate business in India and PropTiger are going through very exciting times and yet it's just a dawn for us. L&amp;D team at Proptiger.com has seasoned Real Estate and Non - Real - Estate Trainers who believe in not only imparting classroom training but also helping trainees achieve their goals. a) We in the L&amp;D department lead from the front. We not only train people on Selling skills and soft skills but we also demonstrate that in real life with real customers. b) Constantly work with the regional sales team, the customer support team and other non-sales departments understanding their training needs. c) Taking care of all new joiners and ensure that they start performing in their roles with in a&nbsp;month's time. This can be achieved by training them on Functional skills, selling skills,&nbsp;giving them knowledge about Real Estate industry. d) Design and deliver trainings for the customer support department, which interacts with the end user. e) Train new joiners of other non-sales departments on Job related skills. f) Conduct refresher trainings for the sales team. g) Conduct updates training for the sales team. h) Help trainees on the field in closing deals. Apply if you have : a) A minimum of 3 - 8 years of training Delivery experience.. b) Conducted sales training for feet on street profiles c) Conducted various soft skills and behavioral training sessions. d) Gone through a formal TTT on facilitation skills. e) Sound knowledge of Adult learning principles. f) Good presentation skills. g) An understanding of concepts of designing training material. h) An understanding of ADDIE methodology. Please note that in this profile, we would be working over the weekends and all Tuesdays (and 1st and 2nd Wednesdays) are weekly offs.
