Proposition Design Role - Education Industry

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client, a top tier consulting firm, is working with a private educational institution on a large transformation project. One of the streams of the project is to develop a new business offering i.e. create upskilling courses and higher education courses.

They are looking to onboard a consultant with prior experience in developing new business offering for an education institute or Edtech company. The consultant would be embedded in the project team and will be responsible for project managing various modules.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a business offering or build the proposition

- Create the roadmap for revenue generation though upskilling courses

- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying project management framework for their effective delivery

- Present findings and recommendations to clients to assist them in their sales acceleration effort.

- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it out

- Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk and issue management)

- Manage overall module while working with rest of the team (including Partners)

- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management

Experience required :

- Prior experience creating business offerings for the Education industry

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 9-10 month contract. This Project is based out of Delhi
