US Federal and State Government - Proposal Writer
- This key position receives, reviews, analyzes, and breaks down public & private sector Requests for Proposal (RFP) Requests for Quote (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and similar documents.
- The Proposal Writer develops, organizes, writes, reviews, and revises all proposal related activity and engages corporate and operational stakeholders to meet set timelines.
- The Proposal Writer develops, organizes, writes, reviews and revises Proposals, Quotes, and other information based on the RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and with input from RADcube leadership.
- Attention to detail is essential as the Proposal Writer is responsible for ensuring proposals, quotes, and other deliverables are compliant to the request, they are clear and well-written, persuasive, are of high quality, and are consistent with Paragon Systems' corporate culture and mission.
- The Proposal Writer will also be responsible for other Business Development documentation, including Key Personnel resumes, past performance information, contract deliverables, and the company newsletter.
- Establishes the Proposal response plan; develops, organizes, writes, reviews and revises Proposals, Quotes, and other information based on the RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements.
- The Proposal Writer is responsible to ensure that Proposals, Quotes, and other deliverables are compliant to the request

- Ability to analyze and break down Requests for Proposals and similar documents to determine structure and themes for a compliant response.
