Proposal Mgmt - Resource/Energy/Utility

Skills and Experience-

- Minimum experience of 12 years in presales/proposal management function including strong exposure of leading large proposals across different service lines such as AO and SI

- Strong experience in presales/proposal development function in Health and/or Public service industry

- Provide thought leadership in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Bid Manager for developing the winning theme & value proposition

- Experience of managing the proposal workflow to adhere to the workplan, schedules, and milestones

- Capacity to translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into readable and winning proposal

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal

- Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders

- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities

Educational qualification-

- BE/B. Tech or equivalent graduation degree

- MBA (good to have)
