Proposal Manager - Enterprise Solutions

- Seeking a proposal writer for collaborating with the Enterprise Solutions team in designing custom program journeys both in-class as well as blended for corporate clients globally. This person will help the sales team in build out a sales toolkit, work in developing ad-hoc proposals for clients across MEA, India and APAC. Will assist the solutions person in designing proposals and formatting them as per client requests. This role is an individual contributor role and will report to the solutions head for the enterprise solutions team. The position is based out of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building and developing proposals

- Developing a sales toolkit

- Connecting and collaborating with the sales team and solutions head to build and design custom learning programs for B2B clients globally and supporting the regional B2B heads for the custom journey proposals

- Assisting with building out a proposal & faculty repository for B2B custom programs

Candidate specifications :

- 5-8+ years work experience in proposal development

- Great to have experience in writing learning/corporate training proposals

- Experience with a Big 4 or learning organization

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- High proficiency in MS PowerPoint

- Experience in designing classroom learning or leadership development journeys across multiple topics such as strategy, leadership development, innovation, digital, data analytics, etc.

Educational Qualification: Postgraduate qualification such as master's in business administration / Management Studies is highly preferred.
