We are looking for Vice President Product to join our senior management team. Product Vision & Strategy: - Drive product vision, create and prioritize the product roadmap. Ideate, brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas that can directly impact the overall organization's bottom line. - Develop product strategies & roadmaps for products by analysing and prioritizing projects/features, determining the product design and development effort and negotiating launch timelines with development teams. Product Development Strategy & Execution: - Drive execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch Process Innovation: - Continuously investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to CEO's for consideration Product Design: - Promote a design-first mindset across the organization and foster design as a strategic capability, demonstrating how it transforms digitally. Strategic Alliances & Partnerships: - Analyse product needs and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective as in build vs. buy . - Owning the operational and commercial relationships with service providers and partners. - Go-To-Market Strategy / Customer & Market Analysis/Data Analytics/ Cross Functional Stakeholder Management/ team management.
