Property Share - Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct research, analyse customer/business needs and market trends to develop frictionless customer journeys

- Design product strategy, prototypes and roadmaps for new features and products

- Collaborate with business and UX teams to design products and user flows

- Collaborate with engineering team to ensure smooth product development and launch

- Closely work with QA team to ensure product delivery without any issues/defects

- Manage the full product lifecycle - ideation, defining features, user research, writing specifications, testing and tracking of performance metrics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Qualification and Experience:

- 2+ years product experience post MBA or 4+ years product experience post engineering

- BTech from IITs/NITs/BITS or MBA from IIMs/FMS/MDI/SP Jain or similar colleges

- Software development experience would be a plus
