Property Share - Investment Associate

A tech platform that provides its users access to institutional grade commercial real estate with property management and liquidity through resale

What You'll Do:

- Source, analyze, underwrite, diligence, close and monitor commercial transactions on both debt and equity basis

- Analyse investment risks, growth opportunities, asset quality and projected returns

- Prepare investment notes for investors for both debt and equity

- Conduct diligence on the investment property including working with lawyers, brokers and accountants

- Create detailed excel models analysing the opportunity including sensitivity tables

- Liaise with brokers, property consultants on a day-to-day basis to find new investment opportunities

- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Tech team to coordinate listing, funding and asset management.

Excellent in MS office tools
