Property Manager - Commercial - Real Estate

- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned property

- Ensure optimal working efficiency of the engineering, housekeeping, and security teams in the property.

- Oversee the operational efficiency of the assets in the facility including physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc.

- Oversee the maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Develop and manage annual budgets

- Respond to tenant's maintenance needs promptly and ensure resolution within the scope of work and committed SLA timelines.

Desired Profile:

- Experience working as a Property Manager/Property Head for commercial properties with proven expertise in property management, building maintenance and operations.

Salary Offered : 12-15 LPA
