Opening for Facility & Admin Management :

Cadre : Sr Manager/ AGM

Location : Jaipur

Experience : Min 10 years in Admin role

ROLE PURPOSE : Responsible for the entire Administration activities of the Circle and provide support to business in terms of Real Estate & other requirements and be an internal service provider providing uniform, efficient and cost effective services while continuously Benchmarking ourselves with the best in the Industry.

Strategic :

- Provide Real Estate Solutions to Business in terms of Offices and Retail Store

- To prepare Annual Budget plan for the Circle

- Consistently deliver focusing on - Optimization of costs

- Improving productivity

- Improving quality of service

Infrastructure & Space Planning :

- Provide office space / Data Centre / Switch Centre

- Internal Fit-outs of all offices

- Vodafone Stores

- Reconfiguration of existing space

- Security Management

Provide Employee benefits as per entitlement:

- Company Provided Accommodation

- Company Vehicle

- Relocation / Transfers

Business Travel & Accommodation :

- Corporate tie ups with leading Domestic & International Airlines

- Pan India Corporate tie ups for Star hotels

- Establishing Guest Houses in the circle - Air / Rail Travel

Housekeeping & Facility Management :

- Provide Clean, Safe and Hygienic work environment

- Preventive Maintenance of M & E

- Energy Conservation

- Contingency Planning and disaster recovery

Office Supplies :

- Stationery and Printing

- Consumables and Desktop equipment (Save IT Equipment)

- Other hardware

- Audio visual equipment for conferences

Legal & Statutory Compliances:

- Establish the various compliance requirements for a premises

- Obtain the necessary licenses/ approvals

- Renew the approval on yearly basis

Developmental :

- To attend seminars, exhibitions, training programmes and participates in Admin. / HR Forums to continuously update knowledge.

- To share best practices and provide coaching and support to subordinates

HSW :

- Help building HSW for the Circle

- Conduct Safety Audit - Educate Team about HSW

ROLE DIMENSIONS :

FINANCIAL - Number of office properties in the circle - Number of Vodafone Stores - Budget for rentals, utilities, repairs & maintenance, facilities management etc - Operations Budget - Capex Budget - Cost reduction - Rate Negotiations

NON FINANCIAL - Number of Store, offices, CLAs, switch locations and ware houses in terms of its geographical locations. - Number of employees in the circle. - Number of contract / temporary staff. - Statutory requirements e.g. licenses, permits, etc. - Relationship/ network with Government Authorities. - Vendor Management

TYPICAL OUTPUTS :

- Infrastructure & Space Planning

- Provide Employee benefits as per entitlement

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS :

- Minimum Admin experience of 10 years

- Experience in procurement of properties including local statutory requirements

- Should have experience in office interiors.

- Good negotiation skills

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.

- Good network with Government authorities

- Graduation (Mandatory), MBA (Desired
